UC Trinity Baptist Church - April 16, 2011

Just wanted to share. At UC this time, Trinity had the biggest turn out so far!! The rain stopped, it was very chillly, but we made it through. We had a great worship time, I'm not sure how long it lasted, but the altar call was longer than the worship time!!! Here are some prelim reports... how about getting to see 22 saved! That's what I said 22! Thank YOU JESUS!

The next UC will be in October at Cedargrove, LORD willing of course. The time and date is yet to be determined, but as soon as it is, I'll post it!

Time Flies!!

WoW! I didn't realize how long it's been...again! Why are WE SOOOOOO Busy? UC happens 3 times a year now..CORRECTION.. 4 times a year now..and you'd think I could find time to "stop" and post more often. LORD willing I will try harder to keep this "blog" more current. Also, I have many pics and videos to post up on the UC Website from this year's event. You Pray that GOD makes that happen!

Ok..so it's been...over a year!

UC is on the move. UC continues to grow! Since the last post..we've had 4 UCs! Our "fall event at Cedar Grove, our "spring" event at Trinity Baptist Church, another one at New Hope, down south of Cadiz, and another one at Cedar Grove! and in 5 days..there will be another UC in Greenville, oh..that's Greenville PA! UC is continuing to grow, only by the hand of GOD ALMIGHTY, HE has allowed us the opportunity to show, tell, and share JESUS CHRIST with many, many people in this unique way. UC is unlike any other experience! It's not like Judgment House or HELL House, where your "guided" through the night, YOU are part of the experience. You have to "choose" your own way, you must decide what is "good" or "bad"! It's just like "life", we must choose to "serve" or "sit", "lead" or "be led", "go" or "stay", "obey" or "rebel", "love" or "hate", you get the idea.

UC has been busy, all of our events, have seen souls saved! That's what it's all about! JESUS Saves..even in these "trying" times we live in today. UC is just a "tool" to do 2 things: 1 - UC is to present the gospel in a whole new way, the gospel isn't changed (or it wouldn't be the gospel) only the presentation. And 2 - UC is to "crank up", "wake up", "energize", "revive" Christians into battle mode! Folks, we are in a battle, we know we win the war but it's still battle time. We need to communicate the gospel to as many as we can. We need to do whatever it takes, even if it seems "extreme", JESUS did, right!

Remember "we're" One Day Closer...also remember so are "they"...

Time Goes On

Okay, we made it through, Chapter 2 down at New Hope in Cadiz. They did an excellent job down there, thanks to Bro. Marc and Bro. Carl. Now we are "readying" ourselves for Chapter 5, over at Cedargrove in Central City, KY. This is going to be a great time, this chapter, has new "twists" and "turns" like never before. So bring a bus load and come be with us. You will have a great time and it will be a time you won't forget for a long time. I'm looking forward to it, I hope you are to. If you come, make sure to stop me, and say "hey"...

2 Chances To Play Underground Church!!

We have 2 chances coming very soon, for you to play Underground Church!...

One will be on September 11, 2010 down in Cadiz, KY at New Hope Baptist Church and the other will be on October 2nd, 2010 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Central City, KY.

New Hope will be hosting Chapter 2, Find The Preacher and Cedar Grove will be hosting Chapter 5, Double Vision! There are a total of 14 Chapters now, if you were to see all of these chapters together it would be one big story! But don't let that keep you from coming, I know, I hear that all the time...Stu, are we missing something if we jump in, in the middle? Not really, each chapter is special and unique in its own right. Each chapter has a "special" goal or task that must be completed safely in order to "win" the game.

Underground Church Simulation Game - April 24, 2010 RESULTS

WoW!! We did have UC on April 24th!! --- BUT, it didn't look good for a while! We had rain in the forecast for "off and on" all day Saturday. When we left to go to UC, it was clear, and by the time we got there it was beginning to rain. We watched the sky, and it was getting darker and darker, the wind had begun to pick up, and it was beginning to look like this UC would be a washout. We "saturate" UC in prayer, and during prayer time, it began raining really hard, so hard that you really couldn't hear the person praying. The rain was 'beating' down on the roof, man it was loud! After short time after prayer time, maybe 30 minutes, the rain began to "slack". Then we saw the clouds begin to break up....and then we seen the SUN come out! Thank YOU JESUS!! It was GREAT! WoW! Of course by now it was getting really close to start time...and we did have some folks that were 'scared' away by the weather, but then we had a few to show up!! We had one group from Mayfield to come!! Now normally under good weather conditions that is not really a big deal, but with the weather that we had, and I'm sure that it rained on them most of the way in..but they still came!! Thank YOU JESUS!!

We had about 70 players to go through the game. And we had 30+ workers, to portray all the different roles that we have in UC, GAG Regime, Clue Stations, Jail Attendants, Morgue Workers, needless to say we had a Blast! Casey and her team, always, always do an eXcellent job!! During the worship service, you could feel such a sweet sweet Spirit filled room! We had lots of great testimonies, words of encouragement, words of challenge and words of LOVE. I cut out probably sooner than I should've, and it took me a couple of days to hook up with Casey again to get the results....

The results are GODly, that is the only way to eXplain it!! Out of those 70 that came and played UC, there were 10 professions of faith!!! WoW!!! THANK YOU JESUS!

One Day Closer..

First let me apologize!! I'm so sorry, I can't believe how much time has past since the last post. I am trying to find a piece of FREEWARE that will allow me to update the blog, the twitter, and the facebook accounts all at the same time, I haven't found it yet! If you know of something that will do that, please contact us ASAP!!

I was just emailing Casey and in the middle of me typing the email..she called me! Thank YOU JESUS! So we talked about the particulars and details about the upcoming UC Event, and she has it all under control! Thank YOU JESUS! I just got off the phone with Casey, (Casey Fowler our UC South Coordinator!), and she still needs a few GAG regime soldiers, and I think I can come up with some...so I think we'll be fine!

If you have never been to a UC event, please, please come! It is a very unique, very eXciting eye-opener experience! I can almost give you a 100% guarantee that you will have fun, learn something and have a new appreciation for being able to come and go freely to church!

Trinity Baptist Church, in Hopkinsville KY, is our host! They have been on board with UC for the past 4 years! Casey has a great team, and Bro Danny let's her go "wild" during this time of UC..LOL! We love how Trinity has came onboard with us and are as dedicated about UC as we are!

Please spread the word to others you know, perhaps you won't be able to attend, but maybe someone you talk to can. It's all about being able to share JESUS with as many as possible before it's eternally to late. This event is geared toward youth, young adults and senior adults, any one younger than youth age, I would suggest against it. This IS a game, but it is a SIMULATION GAME, and it's as real as we can make it..during game time.

Well I've been busy, busy this weekend! While some of you were out at 5 AM, this morning "fighting" your way to bargains...I was sleeping!! I spent Black Friday, updating the Underground Church Simulation Game's Website...with our new pictures and videos from our most recent Underground Church Event!! Lots and lots of pictures, so much that I just made a slideshow and placed them on the pics page....And I uploaded 14 video clips to youtube!! So check 'em out and enjoy!! We had a blast!!
